2024年國內十大值得投資的科技創業公司出爐
On March 15, ten promising technology startups, including Yajan Tech, Two-Shoulder AI, BarkingDog AI, T-Ray, Rising FinTech, GRADIO, IsCoolLab, PackAge+, STARBIA MEDITEK, and Gingytech, gathered in Kaohsiung for investment discussions with various early-stage investment firms and VCs, including Legend Innovation. These companies were selected from nearly 60 applicants through a rigorous online evaluation process, showcasing significant capital acceleration potential. Following the event, several startups received interest from investors for further discussions on investment terms.
Legend Innovation's President, Alex Chung, introduced the selected startups, highlighting their technological capabilities across diverse markets, including energy and ESG, smart enterprises and manufacturing, fintech, smart agriculture, AI and software technology, and smart medical devices. The firms demonstrated both depth and breadth, positioning themselves for swift investment and business expansion.
The DEMO DAY event attracted over 20 VCs and angel investors who evaluated investment opportunities for nearly 60 startups. Attendees included representatives from reputable firms such as ITIC, Darwin Venture, and 500 Global. The participation of senior-level executives underscored the event's professional quality and garnered high recognition from the entrepreneurial teams.
Dr. Steven Teng, Vice President of Darwin Venture, emphasized the need for proactive engagement in nurturing startup ecosystems, while Bruce Han, Vice President of ITIC, praised the selected teams for their innovative technologies and market acumen.
Legend Innovation's role in coordinating the event reflects its commitment to supporting early-stage startups. With plans to extend the BP consulting phase for participating companies, Alex aims to enhance the clarity of their business propositions for potential investors, fostering greater investment willingness. Collaborations with institutions like National Chung Hsing University signify a strategic approach to sourcing quality startups for future funding opportunities.
雅匠科技、雙肩智慧、愛吠的狗娛樂、銳宇能源、瑞星財經科技、格雷迪奧、伊斯酷軟體科技、配客嘉、興友科技、金佶科技等10家科技創業公司於3月15日齊聚高雄與誠研創新在內的國內外多家早期投資公司及創投機構進行投資評估對談，這是從將近60家公司經過多日的線上投資會議後，經創投推薦產生的10家具有資本加速潛力的優質公司，會後已有多家公司被投資人預約下次討論投資條件，成果豐富。
專注於技術探勘與早期投資陪跑的誠研創新(股)公司，日前邀請超過20家創投與早期天使投資人進行線上看案投資，總計吸引將近60家國內新創公司與成長階段的中小企業申請投資評估機會，並於3月15日於高雄舉辦DEMO DAY活動，由多家投資機構的專業經理人針對前述的8家公司(雅匠科技、雙肩智慧改約另外時間)的募資計畫進行深度交流，成果頗豐，多家公司已獲得投資人預約下一次討論投資條件的機會，該活動邀請到ITIC創新公司、達盈管顧、永豐創投、成大創投、華淵鑑價、500 Global、邁特電子、台灣醫療生技創業投資(台灣醫生基金)以及嘉惠集團等10家具備豐富投資經驗與投後輔導上市實績的VC創投以及可以整合企業資源的CVC企業策略投資單位參與，其出席的機構代表至少是資深投資副總層級以上，半數為公司負責人或總經理身分，具有一定的投資評估建議權或決策權，不僅代表性十足且專業程度高，所以受到現場創業團隊的高度認同，活動頗為成功。
「達盈管顧」副總經理滕曉峯博士表示這是一個需要耕耘的生態工作，總是需要有人站在前線來探勘技術、育成新創並協助對接最早期的資本投資，不可能每個人都在後面等新創長大再來搭便車投資享受出場紅利，而本次活動就是一個高度專業且須具備高度熱情的創業投資輔導暨媒合會，認同並肯定這樣的形式。「ITIC創新公司」副總經理韓宗憲也肯定入選DEMO DAY團隊的技術創新性以及對於市場的掌握能力，這是募資成功的關鍵原因，期待這樣的活動可以持續辦理並且一年比一年更好。
主責招募案源與提供BP輔導資源的誠研創新總經理鍾金峯說明這次在短短一個月時間就有將近60個符合資格的公司申請資本對接，有初創企業也有營收已達數千萬的中小企業，顯示剛需存在，而早期看案投資很辛苦也很孤獨，但誠研創新為何要聯手幾個友好創投單位經理人共同做這件事？主要還是回應滕曉峯副總的觀點，這事情雖不討好但不能沒有人作，尤其我們自詡為是這個創業生態的最佳助攻手，更應堅持下去且將這個平台越作越好，成為大家心目中的創業輔導與投資媒合的第一品牌，這樣不僅有助於資本的有效湧入來助推優質團隊往上發展，回過頭來也是直接或間接幫助到誠研創新在內的合作單位自己投資的案子能夠有效對接資本市場，加速投資出場的成功機率，助人也成就自己，所以更值得去作。鍾金峯持續說明，檢視本次的執行內容，明年在收案完成後的BP輔導諮詢階段將拉長至少一倍時間，讓輔導業師有足夠時間去協助調整其BP論述方式，達成「說寫作」合一，使得投資人更能輕鬆地理解每個團隊的創業內容與市場發展規劃，進而提高投資意願。而徵案來源，將持續與各大創業基地與大學育成中心等單位共同推薦優質公司參與募資活動，例如本次與國立中興大學科創平台暨興創基地合作，即是一個好的開始，約定明年一起作大且作深，只有來自市場（創業公司與資本市場對接成功）的認同，才是真正的肯定。
