Our company has established the “Legend Innovation Industrial Accelerator" in conjunction with the “ Big Picture Start-up Investment (Limited Partnership)" to deeply engage in the early-stage technology startup market in the Chinese-speaking world. We focus on cutting-edge technology scouting and industry-targeted incubation. Additionally, we integrate local resources in Kaohsiung to operate a nearly 9,900 square meters technology innovation and entrepreneurship park (KO-IN and DAKUO). The park recruits from idea to startup potential startups and from startup to global mature enterprises for co-creation opportunities. Currently, we provide intensive mentorship to over 30 technology innovation companies annually, supporting their organic growth through comprehensive business validation, industry demand matching, and capital acceleration.
Introduction to the Business Mentorship Space of Legend Innovation Industrial Accelerator:
Legend Innovation has been commissioned by the Economic Development Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government to collaboratively operate the Kaohsiung Digital Technology Innovation Base "KO-IN " and "DAKUO " under an innovative and sustainable business model. Both parks are located in the center of Kaohsiung City, within walking distance from MRT Orange Line O6 and O2 stations, respectively, covering a total area of over 2,600 ping, making it one of the top five largest startup incubation bases in Taiwan. Currently, more than 40 companies are stationed in the parks, ranging from startups to IPO companies, with a focus on digital technology innovation and integrated hardware and software solutions. Technology-assisted brand entrepreneurs are also encouraged to join the incubation program.

We welcome technology-driven startups aiming for capital market development to apply for our incubation space.
With its success in establishing an early-stage investment fund and managing technology startup accelerators, Legend Innovation officially applied for registration as an International Startup Incubator with the MOEA in September 2024. After a thorough review process, the certification was granted in November 2024, symbolizing official recognition of Legend Innovation's achievements in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration. Legend Innovation aims to leverage this recognition to access premium resources and drive the steady growth of its core businesses.
Upon obtaining the certification, Legend Innovation became a qualified recommending institution under the MOEA’s “Directions of Recognition for Startups with Innovation Capability.” Startups and SMEs cultivated and recommended by Legend Innovation are eligible for various preferential policies. If the application criteria are met, they may apply for the “APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC),” “Academic and Business Travel Card,” as well as the “Taiwan Employment Gold Card,” which includes work permits, resident visas, Alien Resident Certificates (ARC), and re-entry permits.
Additionally, in terms of funding, applicants for the MOEA’s “Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)” program may receive extra points in their evaluations and can also apply for credit guarantees from the “SME Credit Guarantee Fund of Taiwan,” thereby securing bank financing. These invaluable support resources will help Legend Innovation continue advancing and amplifying its business models in innovation, entrepreneurship ecosystem operations, and internationalization efforts.
